They're forced to cheerlead?! sexxy. All the girls look hot in those restraints.

Actually, I'd think they're being brainwashed into being unable to dance. In the game, those creatures invade Earth and ban music. Those cheerleaders (and their FBI-looking equivalents) try to save the Earth while dancing. If you fail, Earth presumably would be enslaved and these "agents/cheerleaders" would probably be reprogrammed so they can't be a thread anymore (you can only imagine from the picture what how they reprogram each).

So first they're brainwashed and then tested by having them "dance" on strings? Creepy... the good creepy!

Yep. Well, rather the strings are probably being used to make them move to martial tacts in a very strict manner or using music but making moves randomly which would not match with the tact of the music.

Also, notice how they forbid their speech/are probably changing their voice/nullifying it. That's because in the game they cheer the rest of the people so they dance along with them to beat the aliens (who seem to be extremely vulnerable to dancing and music in general)

There are lots of fun DiD elements in this picture. The reprogramming in the chair looks very hot especially with her friend looking on in the stasis tank. The forced puppet act is nice to look at too.
