In addition to the free requests I've always done, I'm offering commissions too. My price is a flat $45 for an 8x10, full color, painted or inked/cg-shaded, any subject/characters you like. If that seems high to you, consider the value:

1. QUALITY: On commissions, you deserve the time and effort needed to make something up to higher standards. You never get sketchy lineart or half-hearted colors like frequests have when laziness strikes. You do get an original drawn background instead of a stock one thrown in to save time. Check the examples below to see the extra level of polish.

2. PRIORITY: I've got a backlog of about 25 frequests which I go through in-between other work. Commissions get immediate attention, and are always completed swiftly. Unlike frequests which I draw up however I please, every detail of a commission is up to you, and you receive sketches and proofs along the way for you to approve - the art isn't finished until you're satisfied.

3. FLEXIBILITY: Commissions are your property and you can do whatever you want with them. This is different from most people offering commissions, it's normal for them to retain all rights. I work in high resolution (3000 x 2500px usually) and provide this large file for you to print yourself, offer your own dA prints, or even publish if you want to.

If you're interested in commissioning, send a note describing what you want; being as detailed as you can. My only limit is nothing illegal, or anything involving young children. Beyond that, use your wildest imagination. Here's the first one I've done here on dA:
